Is your gold recycled?
Yes. All of our jewelry is made from recycled gold.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. We use only conflict-free, responsibly sourced stones. For small sizes we also use recycled diamonds (color G or H) which are certified and polished.
Where is your jewelry made?
We make our jewelry with care and love in our private studio in Tribeca, NYC. Only the casting process is made by professionals in the diamond district of New York City.
How can I know my ring size?
If you are not sure about your ring size we recommend visiting your local jewelry store and having your finger sized.
My ring size is not in your online store… What should I do?
We can make quarter sizes. Please select the closest size on the drop-down menu and mention your size in the message box when checking out. We will send a ring size confirmation by e-mail. For smaller sizes or larger sizes please contact us at info@nandanewyork.com.
What is lead time?
If your items is not in stock, please allow a 3-4 week lead time for us to make it for you before shipping. If your ordered item is in stock, we can ship out your order within 3 business days of purchase. Please check out the “Ready to Ship” section to see items in stock or ask us by e-mail if you would like to know the current stock status of a specific item.
Can you rush my order?
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know by e-mail at info@nandanewyork.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can also expedite shipping for an additional fee. Please e-mail us at info@nandanewyork.com for more details.
Can you resize my ring?
Yes. We can resize your ring which was purchased in our online store www.nandanewyork.com or at our studio in NYC. Please contact us at info@nandanewyork.com for more details.
